The product I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
We can’t guarantee restocks for all items, as many factors influence this decision. Due to increasing costs and careful business considerations, restocking may take longer or may not happen at all. Additionally, we retire designs every season to maintain a minimalist approach, ensuring our brand stays focused on thoughtful, curated collections. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings unless the item is faulty. For all other items, returns are accepted as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.
All returns must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return label and shipping the item back to us. Faulty or damaged items can be reported within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size, colour, or style.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please email us at info@romilt.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Most of our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a gift box, ready for any special occasion. For practical reasons, some collections like Backstory Drops may be packaged differently.
